Privacy policy

This site is the portfolio of Kalash Jain, a fashion designer in Mumbai, India. This page explains what information the site handles and what happens to it.

The site has no accounts, forms, comments or checkout, and it does not ask you for personal information. It does not use analytics or advertising trackers. [Confirm before launch.]

Web hosts usually keep basic server logs, such as IP address and the pages requested. [Add your host and what it logs.]

If you email or call me, or message me on Instagram, I receive whatever you choose to send. I use it only to reply and to handle your enquiry. I do not sell it or share it with anyone else. [Confirm.]

Fonts: the site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address and browser details when a page loads.

Instagram: the Instagram link opens instagram.com, which has its own privacy policy.

The site does not set cookies of its own. [Confirm with your host.] Sites you open from here set their own cookies under their own policies.

I keep emails and messages for as long as I need them to handle your enquiry, and for [period, for example 12 months] afterwards. Then I delete them.

You can ask me to show, correct or delete anything you have sent me. Email kalashjain2k5@gmail.com and I will reply within [30 days].

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
